Welcome to Session Review! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Session Review mobile application (the "App"), our website located at sessionreview.com.au (the "Website"), and any related services provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the App, or browsing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

  • Subscriptions: Automatically renewing subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring cyclical basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

  • Refunds: Except as required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or use the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Basis: Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Session Review, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws ofNew South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
